Returns & Refunds policy

Free Diagnostic: The initial Revenue Diagnostic report is free of charge no payment or refund applicable.

Paid Plans (Monthly / 6-Month / Annual): Since your complete report and analysis are generated and delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment, all plan purchases are non-refundable once the complete report has been delivered.

Failed/Duplicate Payments: If a payment is deducted from your account but you do not receive your complete report within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@clinicrevenueos.com or WhatsApp +91 90962 21327 with your payment reference ID. We will verify the transaction and either deliver your report or issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations: All plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically by messaging us on WhatsApp; no refund is provided for the current active cycle. 6-Month and Annual plans are one-time payments and are non-refundable once the report is delivered, as stated above.
